With more than 20 years of HR leadership experience, including 16 years focused on HR M&A, Lynette Buitt has supported 70+ acquisitions of all sizes—from local deals to global transactions. She is a change leadership expert, known for guiding organizations through complex HR integrations and transformations with strong project management, analytical rigor, and creative problem-solving. Lynette's approach centers on building stakeholder buy-in through familiar language and proven change tactics, ensuring a well-planned, well-executed path to project success and a stronger employee experience along the way.

Ryan Sutton

Managing Partner & Sr. Consultant
Ryan Sutton, SPHR, brings more than 23 years of comprehensive HR leadership experience across diverse industries and local-to-global markets. He has led HR functions and teams supporting thousands of employees worldwide, with demonstrated expertise in leading full People Operations across startup, service, retail, product management, manufacturing, distribution, and enterprise organizations. His strategic leadership includes serving as HR due diligence and integration lead for 20+ acquisitions, leading global workforce transformations, and building HR support functions for startup operations.

Anne Hartwick

HR Manager
Anne Hartwick is an HR and payroll professional with 15+ years of dedicated experience spanning full-cycle payroll, benefits administration, new hire onboarding, and HRIS implementation. She brings a rare combination of hands-on execution and leadership—having managed everything from day-to-day payroll processing to enterprise-wide system rollouts for organizations of 1,000+ employees across multiple states.

Kelsey Valaau

Client & Partner Success Specialist
Kelsey Valaau brings more than a decade of experience in complex scheduling, client relations, and operations management to her role as Client and Partner Success Specialist at Vantage HR Advisors. Her background spans healthcare administration, business operations, and virtual executive support, with a track record of managing teams, coordinating multi-location scheduling, and driving results for the clients and partners she supports. A certified EMT, Kelsey is known for staying calm under pressure and bringing reliability, humor, and genuine care to every relationship she manages.
